Guidelines for Exhibitors at the Africa Peace and Environment Summit (APES)

Welcome to the Africa Peace and Environment Summit! We are excited to have you join us in our mission to promote peace and environmental sustainability across the continent. To ensure a successful and engaging experience for all participants, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Exhibit Setup and Presentation: Ensure your exhibit is set up by 7:00 AM on the days of the summit. All displays should be professional, informative, and engaging, highlighting your contributions to peace and environmental sustainability. Please make sure your booth is staffed at all times during exhibition hours.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR EXHIBITS WILL BE REVIEWED AND VETTED TO DETERMINE THE CREDIBILITY AND CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE SUMMIT!!
